Wet Ingredients
2 cups of Plant-based Milk (coconut, almond, oat)
1/2 cup of Maple Syrup
1/3 cup of Nut Butter (peanut, almond, cashew, hazelnut)
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Dry Ingredients
2 cups of Rolled Oats/Oat Flour
1/4 cup of Cacao/Cocoa Powder1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tbsp of Flaxseed
Pinch of Salt
1/3 cup of Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F.
Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl.
Add in the dry ingredients.
Mix well and add in the chocolate chips.
Pour onto a 6 by 9 (or any size) oven-safe pan and bake for 40 mins.
Enjoy - store in the fridge and reheat when you want to eat!
