Vegan Brownie Baked Oatmeal Recipe by Danielle Brown

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Plant-based Milk (coconut, almond, oat)

  • 1/2 cup of Maple Syrup

  • 1/3 cup of Nut Butter (peanut, almond, cashew, hazelnut)

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract


Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Rolled Oats/Oat Flour

  • 1/4 cup of Cacao/Cocoa Powder1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 1 tbsp of Flaxseed

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1/3 cup of Vegan Chocolate Chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.

  2. Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add in the dry ingredients.

  4. Mix well and add in the chocolate chips.

  5. Pour onto a 6 by 9 (or any size) oven-safe pan and bake for 40 mins.

  6. Enjoy - store in the fridge and reheat when you want to eat!
